3. Free Access and Analytics
SnapFacts is completely free to use. No account, subscription, or payment is required.
Your personal fact collections are stored locally on your device and are not synced across devices.
3.1 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymized, aggregate usage statistics. This helps us understand how visitors use the Platform and improve the user experience.
GA4 collects:

As the Platform does not use accounts, enforcement may include IP-based restrictions for severe violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
